As the client you will always be treated with the upmost respect and integrity. 

COVID19 regulations set out by the NT Government and CHO directives are adhered at all times. The client is required to use the Territory QR Check in Code upon entry to premises and follow hand hygiene procedures. Disclose of vaccination status to (Alchemy with Sian) will only be for the use of implementing additional safety procedures for your comfort and health. It is important that you do share this information as I work with the vulnerable community both through my paid work and my volunteering with Share the Dignity. Appointment cancellation will be at the discretion of Alchemy with Sian, should a client wish for their status to remain undisclosed.
